‘Ferry Functions Afloat’ perfect for Festive Season

 

Sea SA's luxury Spencer Gulf ferries, Sea Scape and Sea Spirit, are now available for private charter for ‘floating’ functions. 

For a venue with a difference, both world class ferries offer unforgettable ocean views and guarantee a unique function experience , as they cruise the beautiful Spencer Gulf between the Yorke and Eyre Peninsulas. 

“Both catamarans can be hired on Saturday nights for functions of all kinds, including private and corporate events, Christmas parties, anniversaries, weddings, birthday parties and themed nights such as ‘Pirates & Wenches’ , ‘Sailors & Nauti-gals’ or ‘The Love Boat’!” Sea SA Marketing Manager, Justine Day advised. 

The massive onboard car-decks convert to ideal dance floors and provide ample space for alfresco dining and presentations.  Ample free parking is available at both terminal facilities at Wallaroo or Lucky Bay, and courtesy buses can also be chartered to take guests from the terminals at the end of the night.

 

Onboard features include air-conditioned hospitality lounges , movie theatres , central sound system , kitchen and bar facilities, and disabled access.

 

Sea Scape is perfect for groups of up to 200 guests, and is based at Lucky Bay, a 2 hour drive from Port Lincoln on the Eyre Peninsula.  

 

The larger Sea Spirit can host larger functions for up to 300 guests, and is based at Wallaroo on the Yorke Peninsula, a 2 hour drive from Adelaide.  Larger groups can be arranged on application and overnight accommodation in the region can also be arranged.

Venue hire and cruise (inclusive of 5 crew and all fuel) on board Sea Scape for up to 200 guests  for a minimum 3 hours starts at $4500 (plus GST) .  Venue hire and cruise (inclusive of 6 crew and all fuel) on board Sea Spirit for up to 300 guests for a minimum 3 hours starts at $5250 (plus GST).
